Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not have to create an account. You can simply click on the link provided in the email and pay that balance (either partial or the entire balance).

But, creating an account would allow you to view any open balance, payment history, and pay balance.

What if I do not want to use the online payment method?

That is fine. You can come to the office and pay in cash, check, or credit card. Our office staff will gladly help.

Why do I not see all of my children’s invoice under “Invoices & Payments” tab?

The invoices are grouped together by student. An account would need to be created for each student at San Diego Cooperative Charter Schools. Parents/Guardians can use the same email address.

Can I pay more than one invoice?

Yes, you can pay more than once invoice. Before entering the credit card information, select which items to pay and the amount you wish to put towards that item.

Can I pay partial balance due?

Yes, you can enter the amount you wish to pay towards each balance. You can pay any amount up to the total balance.

Can I change my email or password?

Yes, you can change your email and password when you log into your account under “My Account”.

What if I do not remember my password?

You can reset the password after entering your username and clicking on the “I forgot my password.” link. An email will be sent to your registered email address. If you are still having trouble, you can email billing@sdccs.org.
